Reports in Bentley OpenUtilities Designer are managed using the Report Manager dialog box. With this tool, administrators can create and delete public reports. This dialog box can also be used to make changes to the properties of a report, which may include promoting a private report to a public report.

The Report Manager dialog box is accessed from the Tools > System Administration menu.
